right turns only 200

When cold my 91 does not like to turn left. It is like manual steering left and power steering right. I have heard that items other than the steering rack can be at fualt. Like engine mounts, trani mounts, or struts, etc. Is this true or is it the rack?
As it is warming it begins to work more and more until full use.
I haven't jacked it up yet to see if it does it w/o load. Too cold!
Anyone have an idea?
