cheap ignition upgrades? 140-160

Hello,

Checking the fuel pressure has been a bit of an ordeal (the darn Mr. Gasket) tester was faulty, but I hope to purchase another one soon and test it out. The carb is a Weber 32/36 DGV, recently professionally rebuilt. No visible leaks. I've heard they can handle a max of 3.5 psi and I'm running one of those IPD aftermarket fuel pumps so I had wondered whether I was getting too much fuel.

I'm getting a nice bluish/white spark from the coil.

Maybe I'll try the 10w30 next time. Have to check the specs on the battery and test compression yet.

Thanks!
