more on replacement rims for 740 700

This is about the two new rims I need, since mine were bent on collision with a large oobject - both rims on the driver's side on my 1990 740 GLE 16v with 253 K.

I've struck out locally on my first search. Everdrive, online, offers rims for about $50 each postpaid with a 3-year warranty. This sounds like a good deal - is it? Then just a trip to Wally world for Two Goodyear tires (should have bought the road hazard - they had only 2000 miles on them!)at $65 each and get re-aligned (I'm doing shocks very shortly anyway).

What else should I be looking at - how to check the wheel bearings, for instance.
