Heater Core Replace--How to remove defrost duct 900 1992

I'm well into the replacement of my heater core. I have 10 of 12 bolts out of the air chamber thing. The two remaining are on top one at the rear and one vertically on the top. I can't reach one without removing the defrost duct but I can't seem to figure out how. Can someone who has been there and done that give me a tip?

Thanks. I will be adding to the FAQ on this after I finish.
