Who Built It 120-130

Agreed... I believe it was built in Sweden. If the VLV World webpage breakout of the Vehicle Type is correct, a car built in Canada (or Belgium or South Africa) will have a "9" as the 4th digit, not a "4". This is even spelled out in one of the decoding examples at the bottom of subject page.

Brett... I assume you can confirm this fact on your Canadian?
