engine code 113, part 2 200 1991

Well, I am no longer getting a check engine code after clearing it and the car does run better but the idle is not right now. The idle is at 1000 with the car in drive and my foot on the brake. The idle goes to 1500 in park or nuetral. Also, while driving around the idle goes up and down but not low enough to stall the car out. It's running better in the recent warm weather here. It wanted to stall out in the cold weather at first, but with the engine warmed up the idle goes higher. I'm used to it idling high in cold weather upon start up and then settling around 800 upon warm up. Any and all ideas welcome. I'm frustrated. Thanks, George
