engine code 113, part 2 200 1991

Hi there! I had a similar issue with the surging and rich condition at idle and it turned out to be a faulty fuel pressure regulator. I pulled off the vac hose when the enging was running and gas sprayed out of the end of the regulator. If the same thing happens to you, replace the fuel reg and enjoy having your Volvo back. I hope this is it.
