Oil oddities 200 1984

What could it mean when you find a bit of brownish pudding-like goo on the engine oil dipstick?

Some more info: I went about 7,000 miles between oil changes until a few months ago; this is when I first saw the pudding on the dipstick. Assuming it came from the dirty oil, I changed it, but I still see a bit of pudding on the stick.

My oil pressure may be a bit high - it maxes out at almost 5 bar in the winter temps on first start-up, then levels to about 3.5 bar when operating temperature is reached. This may be because I haven't serviced the flame trap recently.

Recently I wiped the entire length of the oil dipstick clean. But later the entire length of the stick had oil on it. The stick was not pushed out of the engine, though.

I'm also losing a little engine coolant...haven't figured out where, but I hope it isn't ending up in the engine oil.
