Engine oil leak (B230 non-turbo SOHC) 700 1990

Hi folks,
I noticed that my engine has developed an engine leak after shutdown as well as during idle. Last night, I replaced the valve cover gasket (amazing how clean everything is under the valve cover with 210,000 miles). I am getting a constant drip (about every 10-15 seconds) while the engine is running, after replacing the valve cover gasket. I'm also getting an odor in the cabin of the car of burning oil (I'm guessing from oil leaking behind the engine on to the exhaust).

Other than this, she's holding her own !!!

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
