Swapping Steering Wheels? 120-130 1968

I think I remember a post about this some time ago, but I didn't see it in the search. So here it is again...

Can I swap my 1968 "Bow-tie" steering wheel with an older style wheel? I remember there being a concern about the '68 and on collapsable steering. Any horn problems?

Any ideas?

If you're wondering why ... I like the look of a pre68 wheel better.
