quick question 200 1986

Yes when the problem first occured (dec 1st) i checked for spark and fuel. I found spark ouch then i pulled the fuel line at the regulator just before the rail and nothing there. BTW i ran a jumper wire between the battery and the main pump(when it still cranked aver) and it started. Pulled the wire and it died a couple of seconds later. then I hooked everything back up and it started a half a dozen times then back to no start. I have replaced the relay still nothing but not replaced the camshaft sensor i haven't even looked to see if I have one.
