Throttle - Vacuum relationship 200

I recently cleaned my entire PCV system, including drilling all the gunk out of the nipple on the intake that leads to the flame trap.

Now that my crank case pressures are back under control I noticed that my idle is running at 1000rpm, rather than the 750 it was previously set at. When I start the car in the morning it starts at 750, but as soon as I give it gas and start driving it won't drop that low again.

Thoughts? do I simply need to reset my idle speed? or is something else going on?
