HELP!! Friend is locked out of her '96 960 wagon. Last key gone, & no key code!

Step one is to call the AAA to get the lock out service over.

With no volvo dealer for over 70 miles from this small town, what should she do next?

Theer is no way to get the factory key code, or is there?

It was the very last key.

Can she get a regualr and a Valet key?

She'd like to do it as cheaply as possible?

What's the best idea you have to get to this?
