Who Built It 120-130

The last Volvo Amazon produced at Torslandaverken outside Gothenburg was done so on July 2nd, 1970. It has chassis number 359726, was kept by Volvo and can be seen at the Volvo Museum in Arendal (also outside Gothenburg). During the fall of 1970 a number of Volvo Amazons were shipped to the assembly plant in South Africa. The last one of these had chassis number 359918.

Pictures from, interviews with and data from the Halifax plant would be much appreciated contributions!

Best regards,

Fredrik
