Water pump, bolt hole in block is stripped 900 1995

I almost made it through a waterpump replacement on my NA 945 today. On re-assembly I realized that the top bolt hole (into the block, just right of the upper o-ring) is stripped out. The 10mm bolt that fits into all of the other water pump bolt holes spins in the socket without catching.

This happened to me once before (sparkplug in a 745 turbo), and I recall at that time that the proper solution was a helicoil.

Do they make helicoil's for a 10mm bolt? (is this M10 sized?) If so, where can I find a helicoil set? My local Fleet Farm (surprisingly) didn't have one! As I recall, the procedure was to use a drill to make sure the hole was clean, set threads with a tap, and then twist in the helicoil. Is there anything unusual about working on the block where the waterpump resides?
