Blown turbo??? 900 1991

1991 944 turbo. 170k miles.


So my car has a ton of oil that has leaked all over the intake side of my car and it is coming from the intercooler hose. What does this indicate about the shape of my turbo? Also, i recently had some trouble codes come up and had to change my O2 sensor if that indicates anything.
