Turbo to non-turbo 900

I have a '91 940 T sedan that I've owned for about 1 year. I bought it with a bad engine (#3 rod went). Non-turbo engines are pretty readily available and cheap, so I was thinking of going that route. Plus, the turbo needs to be rebuilt that's on the car now (lots of play in the shaft). Would it be a big deal to put in the NA engine? I think the original ECU and all of the wiring should match up. I would have to change the exhaust. Am I missing anything else?

Thanks!
Dave
