I believe that by 1967 just about everything British had gone to Unified threads.
In any case Unified threads seemed to work for all the screws I had to replace
on the carbs I had, mostly 10-24 and 10-32. In fact the Whitworth coarse thread
series was interoperable with USS (which became UNC) in all sizes except ½" where
the BSW thread was 12/inch and the USS was 13. The BSF threads were mostly
26 and 30 threads per inch, which didn't match anything except some of the
threads used on old White trucks.
