All good points ...

I would also check all the grounds, there are a couple on the fuel rail. Although not as likely I would check the grounds on the Fuel Inj computer.

Also, you could buy a NOID light to see if the injectors are clicking.

you could also just stick a screwdrive to the injector and your ear on the handle.. listen for clicking. poor man noid light.

If none of these or previous susgestions prove anything, then your looking at ECU or ignition issues.
