92 vs 95 vs 98 900 series purchase feedback needed 900

I am really relying on BrickBoard for some guidance here.
I am buying another box very soon

1992 960 with 45,000 miles garaged for 8 years then driven in 2007 and now up for sale. $4,000
1995 960 SE 84,000 miles $4.500
1998 S90 with 96,000 miles $6,000

which one would you choose? 1992 amazingly low miles but 16 years old. Don't know much about the S90 series car. The 95 is intruiging too. Oh what do I do!!

Any feedback would truly be appreciated.
