I finally figured out what is wrong Now I just need to know how to fix it!

Ok here’s the update...
I think I forgot to mention, before I put the new AMM in, I had to have the timing way advanced to run close to time. So now I loosened the AMM screw retarded the timing(it’s at 20deg BTDC) and adjusted the idle. It runs great just hope it passes emissions!!!! It still seems a little rich. I don’t know how much more exhaust I can sniff before I myself become retarded. Can anyone verify that turning the screw clockwise increases the CO.
