92 240 Header Pipe replacement - need part type help 200

I'm replacing the header pipe on my 92 240. The options are EGR and no EGR.
My car has an EGR, but the return pipe to the EGR comes off the exhaust manifold, just above, but not directly off the header pipe. The cat has an 02 sensor. I don't know what a spin flange is.

Based on the above, is this the right part?:
FCP Groton: "3514145 Heater Pipe (Front Pipe) 89-93 models that have EGR and have a spin "glange" that goes to the converter. The gasket to the converter is prewelded onto this pipe - Miller $169"

Also - the nuts on the connection to the exhaust manifold - how much fun?

Thanks! I've got to get this fixed so I can start working on the 93!
