740 Turbo no power 700 1989

Guys,

My 740 Turbo is very sluggish - no power at all. The turbo gauge on the instrument paned does not show high pressure. The needle does not go into the yellow zone. Normally when accelerates it is well into the yellow zone.
Seem like some of the air hoses is gone.
Where should I start the trouble shooting from?
