What's happening to Borton Volvo?

I've generally found Borton's to offer great customer service and reasonable prices, and have ordered lots of parts from them. However, I called this morning and the man who answered gave me a price that was double what I had received before and wouldn't give me any discount because I didn't make the request over the internet. This is the second time in 6 months that I've had a problem with them. I think it's time to change. Does anyone have another Volvo dealership that offers reasonable prices on Volvo parts?
