88 Volvo 765 tic Air Bag Replacement 700 1988

I am trying to replace the air bag on my 88 765 tic. My haynes manual has not been much help as it only goes to 88 and does not list the air bag.I have not been able to figure out how to remove the cover under the steering column.It has a tilt wheel lever onthe left and the ignition on the right.Air bag is the same on 740,760,940.Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
