Oil Pump ??? 200 1989

Well I finally have my Volvo 240 (1989) idle perfectly. It is smooth and right where it should be 775 rpm +/-. Now that my idle is no longer at 1500 rpm I have a new problem. When the engine is warmed up I get a flickering oil light. So I am thinking that I should replace the oil pump and the oil pump delivery pipe seals. I have read the FAQ page (very informative) but a few more questions. Where should I get the oil pump? FCP Groton has a scan tech oil pump for a good price. Does anybody know of it's quality?. I have my own engine hoist so what would be the best method for dropping the oil pan? Any tips from others with experience in replacing the oil pump.

Thanks
