Are you sure that you have gas? If you have spark and the timing is correct it should at least try to fire off. Unless there was nothing to burn in the piston chamber.

Easy test to do is get some starting fluid and pull off a vacuum line on the top side of the manfold. Shoot a couple of shots (no more than a couple of seconds) and reinstall the hose. Get in the car and see if it fires off. If it does you are headed to fuel as the source of the no start.
