any tire size deviation from the factory installed tires for the instrument cluster sold on the car new will give an over or under reading on the speedometer versus the actual speed. all this is over or below and inherent instrument deficiencies.

compare and contrast and you will see there can not insignificant differences. on your odometer readings as well.
