Eric,
Thanks for your response with my concerns. The Stahl header has lasted probably 10 years but has been patched several times.
Problem being that Stahl wanted $325 just 2 years ago for that same $500 header today....talk about inflation! And this ain't a V-8....I only need one for this good 'ol 4 cylinder tractor engine.
I agree with your thoughts about the IPD header....readily available but problem-some. Hopefully somebody on the Brickboard can recommend a header at a decent price.
