Help! Distributor OOPS! 120-130 1967

I am reluctant to disagree with all the other guys who have posted, BUT:

If you have not turned the engine, DON'T!! The distributor only fits one way
so put the distributor back down where it was and turn the rotor until the dogs
on the drive fall into place and it SHOULD be close enough to start so you can
properly set the ignition timing. That is assuming you didn't pull the oil
pump/distributor drive gear out or remove the distributor from the aluminum base.
