Tourist/Diplomat Version Any Different ?? 700

I just found out that the 1988 740GLE wagon I bought recently was purchased in and shipped in from europe. There is a sticker on rear side window that says and the keychain medallion it came with says : Special Delivery - Tourist & Diplomat Sales . Just curious if this car would be in any way different then regular standard version ?? Bulletproof glass ? Resistant to bombs ? Immune to speeding tickets ? Seriously though I am curious about this. Thanks.
