Is it my fuel pump or relay??? 200 1986

Last week I posted a no start problem when warm/hot and thought I'd solved it by replacing my fuel pump relay. Well, today it happened again. Came out of the store after about 30 minutes and it would kick over and die immediatley. I still had about 4 extra relays, but none of them, except for the last one I tried worked. I could feel the relays clicking on all of them while my wife was trying to start the car each time. I had replaced the fuel pump in the tank about 6 months ago and the one under the car about 4 yrs/100K miles ago. Once it got started, it runs fine now. All fuses are good and I rotated the ones in the DS footwell. I'm open to suggestions and ideas were to look and test next.

Thanks.
