Emergency radiator repair! 700 1987

Ok, y'all, here's what I've found:

In my 87 740GLE, automatic: my coolant is opaque and has swirly brown oily stuff in it. The tranny fluid looks ok to me - it's not a _bright_ red or pink, but it isn't brown, and it is pretty transparent. Consistency of tranny fluid seems ok to my uneducated sensibilities.

I plan to go to autozone and get a $100 radiator and some transmission fluid. I'll stop by walmart and get some antifreeze (because it's $11/gal at autozone!).

I will:

Drain my coolant (and toss it)

Swap the radiators (and use all the funky hoses, since FCP hasn't sent me my new ones yet)

Flush my transmission

Refill my radiator

Anything I forgot, guys? I need some major help here, my Haynes manual isn't here yet. Any special gaskets, etc. that I need to replace?

How much of each fluid do I need, if I don't flush my coolant right away?

Thanks!

Ari
