456 rearend -- Comments? 140-160

Hi All,
I currently have an M41 OD in my 71 142E with a 410 LS rearend. I was thinking about a 430 rearend, my racing buddy encouraged me to consider a 456.
Has anyone a similar drive train to mine with a 456 and care to comment on it, ie do you get tired of the high rpms for daily driving? Any regrets or strong feelings to go with the origional 430 rear end? Or is it so much fun you don't give a hoot about the rpms?
I need some opinions for others please.
