Hi,

It's been a few minutes and I have collected relevant literature.

To start the fuel pumps manually, Pull down the relay from above the hood pull inside the cab.

Remove the relay and jump number 30 to 87 on the relay socket, this should run the pumps and allow you to operate on the interstate.

Don't worry about powering up the Aux air valve or control pressure element. Their function is trivial for your purpose,

If the above fails to start the pumps, you may have to wire up a lead from the taillight to the fuel pump for additional troubleshooting. There should be a connector under the carpet in the trunk. power the yellow wire with +12 V.

Good Luck!!!
