Cruise control confusion 700

I am going on a road trip soon and I'd like to install cruise control to help save fuel.

I pulled everything I need out of another 7 series Volvo at the junkyard. According to some info on this board, the wiring is present for cruise control on my 87 740 GLE. However, when I went to install the parts, I looked in the engine bay and could not find the 3 prong connector for the vacuum servo or whatever that thing is.

Is my car not equipped with the wiring? I'm confused.
