Exhaust repair Help 200 1982

I have been replacing my exhaust system. I ran into a snag when I was disconnecting the old pipe from the front muffler to the catalytic converter. The bolts were so rusted I was only able to remove 1 and snapped 1 off and sheared the bolt faces so there is no more grip....

I don't have a blow torch to cut them off....any suggestions? Everything else is installed properly. just need to get the old pipe off and put the new in??
