Hello All

Can the front bumper be adjusted? It doesn't appear to be bent. However it appears to be looking at the sun (or stars if it is night time). My father loosened all the bolts but it didn't budge. I forgot how to move the photo but it is the my recent PV photo. It looks worse once I put a front plate on it. The plate looked like a snowplow! Thanks!
