Delayed Ignition Failure after Hot Soak 900 1995

1995 960: Engine will not crank after 10 minutes following shutdown. It will crank up to the 10 minute mark. Failure will last for 20-25 minutes after which it will crank as normal. Now here's the quirky part. The problem is consistent if engine shutdown immediately follows road driving. If the engine is allowed to idle for 8-10 minutes prior to shutdown, ignition failure does not occur. The mechanic's diagnostic analysis resulted in no problems (ie. crankshaft and camshaft sensors, fuel pump and fuel system relays, etc.) The computer was also switched out. Daytime temperatures in this area have been ranging from 45-70 degrees. Just a 10 minute drive will produce symptom.
