Distributor Oil Leaks, Let's settle this once and for all 900

I've been totally frustrated by leakage at the rear of the head on my 1992 940 GL. Here's what I've done so far:
Replaced rear main (it was not the source of the leak!)
Replaced pan gasket (that was fun)
Checked out oil breather system, everything is flowing freely, vacuum port clear, etc. No excessive pressure in system.
Replaced distributor o-rings
Sealed off oil gallery plug just below distributor with JB Weld
Applied RTV around base of distributor and reinstalled

I haven't replaced the shaft seal on the distributor because there isn't any noticeable oil inside the distributor. The car had a recent head gasket replacement.

I've seen other posts similar to this one with no definitive follow up as to what worked (or did they sell the car!). I promise to post the results of any sucessful resolution of this problem. Leaking about a 3" puddle every time I drive the car.
