Headlights (Brights Not Working) Problem 200 1985

I turn on the lights and the dims work, but not the brights. Neither does the dash indicator light work.

A few weeks ago the dims went out in a similar fashion (no dims working, but bright were working). I noticed I was getting power to & from dash switch, also to and from the dimmer switch under the hood. I figured it was a good time to go ahead and install relays, using the dimmer switch out line as the relay's activator. Really enjoy the improved power to the dims.

I am capable and ready to install relays for the brights. But, how do I wire this to ensure that the dash indicator also lights up?

Does this condition indicate a problem with the Bulb-Integrity Sensor?
