Hi All,I need to be a body builder to engage the hand brake. When I restored my beauty I gave her New shoes,wheel cylinders and Master. Also A new Hand brake cable (Genuine Volvo,Not after market) I used to be able to lock up the rear wheels with the hand brake.No More! What did I do wrong? Could it be that metal bar that engages the front shoe? Could the drums be oversize? The foot brake is bullet proof,High pedal no pulling. Nice straight stops. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
