I totally agree. I also salivated when I saw that car on eBay. Man, if I had the money, space and understanding wife, that baby would be in my driveway.

I also do like the original grille design but I adore the strip speedo those cars and the 140s had until 1973. My very first car was a 1971 142S.

I've heard that the original fuel injection (mechanical, I assume) was quite troublesome.
