need a euro front turn signal, p/n 0311 400 012---any ideas? 700

I used to know a guy in sweden but my hard drive crashed and I lost all my email addresses.
I tried googling the part number which often works, but not this time!

I got the euro headlight parts and turn signals about 10 years ago in Hamburg, GE and don't want to go back for one part!

It's a right hand side turn signal light assembly for a 1990-91 german/euro code 760.
