Strange vibration in the body, engine looks fine but it's shaking bad 900 1992

My 92-960 with 130K is showing a weird shake in the whole body, at idle or highway, I already disconnected all 6 spark plug coils, the injectors connectors, one by one, and all 6 cylinders seem to be working.
I swapped the ignition transistors (it has two) with a spare and nothing changed.
I also checked for exhaust leaks in the exhaust line and do not see any leaks, normal rust in some places but no open wholes.
I checked all the vacuum rubber connectors and the intake gaskets and they “seem” to be ok.
This started all of a sudden a week ago.
There’s no smoke from the exhaust and power looks ok like normal, no changes in engine noise either but the vibration in the steering wheel and pedals is noticeable.
I’ll appreciate any advice for my 92-960 issue
