Two things, 81 242 non turbo 200

Firstly, rough idle, can stall when braking, starts well hot/cold,drives with plenty power, bad fuel economy (12mpg?) new injectors, new fuel filter. Sender is not working. Idle will climb when put in P.

Secondly, dragging grinding metallic sound from rear, once in a while, goes away when brakes applied, no leaks. Brakes evenly , smoothly coasts whithout drag, E-brake only engages at very end of pull? dragging e-brake shoes/badly worn bearing? just thinking ahead$ cost$?
