240 Classic Accident 200 1993

My wife hit the back of a truck in her beautiful 240 Classic Wagon. Nobody was hurt, but I fully expect that the car will be totaled. The truck bumper hit right above her bumper taking out the headlights, signals, both front fenders. Radiators were pushed back to the timing belt cover. The car still ran, but coolant was leaking. Here's a picture:

Anybody have any guess at total damage amount? I should get amounts from the body shop and insurance tomorrow. This is the downside of owning the perfect old car.
Any suggestions on the way forward are appreciated.

Thanks

-Ted
