I tried but could not find "the" thread that listed filter numbers so I gathered together some.
Using "Fram CA5029" I found an interchange list on the Premier Products web site with Google:

FRAM CA5029 (The Fram website does not list "CA5029". I reckon it's been discontinued.)
HASTINGS PA2096
Then I hit the mother lode at the Hastings Filters web site. The description for these filters:

Many of these are obscure manufacturers. I tried to find them all. I had limited success. Here's the list:
