conversion to overdrive 120-130

I have a '68 122 that is a daily driver, but just around town. My new job requires a 80 mile round trip.I would like to convert to overdrive. So far I have a short drive shaft and and a J type over drive, but not sure what vehicle it came from. Also my friend has a transmission M41 with a non functional overdrivethat came from a 123gt that needs the cone shaped friction pad, however my overdrive did not seem compatible due to different out put splines, too many small splines needed on my J overdrive.

With all this "stuff" what are my options?

Thanks
Bob
