boost drops after 4psi , no black smoke hoses cleaned 3 times not weak

thinking it was the switch that tells the computer i am low on fuel
i may need to know how to test this
i checked the overboost cut off seems to function 1-3v
again does not smoke black or grey but there seem to be a bit of free play in compressor wheel
and some oil is getting by which is why i cleaned lines in first place
re tightened and cleaned hoses a second time
still not over 4psi
